• 오디오 업로드용 upload_id 및 S3 사전 서명 정보(url, fields) 획득
• 클라이언트는 반환된 url과 fields로 S3에 직접 업로드(본 API 경유 아님)
• 업로드 흐름 1단계; 이후 upload-finish 및 상태 조회 API 호출
