• Step B: Create a Persona (clip_id must exist in-system, non-uploader; same account)
• Step C: Create with persona_id: mv is chirp-v3-5-tau or chirp-v4-tau, task is artist_consistency, artist_clip_id from step A (cross-account allowed)
